Silly Ears!

My boy has some super cute ears. They were perfect until a few days ago. Now one of them has folded forward while the other is still in the perfect position. Will his ears be different from now on? Is there anything I can do to encourage the other ear to go back into the "perfect" position? Here are a couple pictures to give you an idea of what I'm talking about
