My Kobe has a problem where he grabs himself between his penis and his scrotum. He holds on while making humping motions. He is nuetered and has been since before he was four months. I adopted him at five months so the neuter was not done by my choice. He has bruised himself before from the pressure of his teeth. He has also caused himself to get irritated/slight infection due to swelling of his prepuse. Can any way help with tips on why he may be doing this? Serious answers only please.
