just rescued 4 week old

Hello about a week ago I rescued a "6.5" week old puppy....I took her to the vet found out she was around 4 weeks old in feed her 3-5 baby puppy bottles a day and some dry food. I'm new to this breed and absolutely love this dog her and my 2 year old ate best pals. Any info would be greatly appreciated. I'm looking to make this dog a great family dog when is best for crate or potty training? Thank you
