Hello. I am new here.
My 1 yr. old pit bull is having issues with being crated. We have to leave her 6 days a week in her crate for at least 6-8 hrs. at a time.
My husband left her out last week and she ate some carpet and chewed up a door pretty badly. No more leaving her out. Yesterday and today she has tried to chew the plastic tray in her cage ...today it was so bad her face has several cuts on it. She also pooped in the crate and it got on her face.
I don't know what to do. When we are off at night we go let her out and then put her back in her crate.
I am afraid to give her anything in her cage because she will destroy it.
Please help.
