Aggressive puppy help

I've got a four-month-old pitbull female that's food aggressive and just aggressive. Need to know or ideas and how to stop this behavior. We got we have a two-year-old male that's not aggressive and they been together since day one she was a rescue puppy mama wasn't feeding her so we took her in and fed her and took care of her so we're not sure what's going on or how to stop this
