Starburst Pupils

I've recently realized my puppy has pupils that aren't fully round or as defined at my other pitbulls I've owned in the past. He seems to have dodged every single bullet that's been shot his way due to a terrible beginning life and terrible breeders. I'm uploading a picture that shows his eyes, for any opinions on what it could be. My only concern seems to be him becoming blind in the near future. If it happens after 10-13 years that's fine he's lived his life to the fullest although I would never ever want it to happen period. He seems to be able to see well in the dark and in the light. He follows lasers and chases them, can spot little pieces of food, p$#@! cotton ball puppy tests etc. He's only 9 weeks so I don't know if that attributes to his eye coordination but he still can't really catch a ball thrown his way it usually just hits him on the head. Based on symptoms of bad eyesight I've read he seems to be fine. He doesn't stumble around bump into walls squint in the light etc. Let me know what you guys think. .
