He is very responsive to treat training. He would literally go in the back yard and pickup all his poop if he knew I would give him a little treat after my command. So now I know that he understands the commands. The day goes on and I tell him to "come" and he just stares at me like he has no clue what I am asking or he is just being stubborn. How can I correct this?
