I have a 7 month old Amstaff, he is an amazing dog and great with me, I never have a problem with him. However, mostly in the evenings, he won't leave my girlfriend alone, jumping, nipping, humping, etc... He doesn't listen to her and I believe he feeds off of her frustration. At this point she's easily frustrated with him, understandably so. He will only stop if I intervene but I'm not always there. He has been neutered.
I approach all my dogs with a calm and firm training belief and as I said earlier he is so gentle and obedient to me but not to her. I've tried to instill some of these thoughts/beliefs into my girlfriend for her to be able to take control but it is not working. It's as though he is a different dog when he's with her. Any ideas on what we need to do/try?
Thanks
