that’s a joke right? pitbulls being more aggressive than other dogs? considering scientists have proven that there is absolutely nothing at all in any dog’s mind or make up overall that makes them more aggressive than any other breed. literally absolutely no such thing in the entire world. just like pitbulls don’t have the strongest bite pressure. rottweilers and german shepherds both beat the american pitbull terrier in bite pressure. you’re also far more likely to get attacked by a doberman or a husky than a purebred american pitbull terrier.
anyone that believes a dog is aggressive based on its breed, not based on its individual personality, is completely ignorant and needs some serious education. believing media reports and rumors and lies spread from fellow ignorant mouths, is dangerous. it does harm to the innocent - such as pitbulls and like breeds.
i can not repeat this enough - there is absolutely nothing different whatsoever in a pitbull’s makeup compared to any other dog in this entire world. just like there is absolutely nothing different at all about a pitbull’s jaw structure. lock jaw? it doesn’t exist. that has been proven time and time again.
when researches went back to visit dogs that were reported in dog attacks and claimed to be pitbulls, OVER 50% were NOT pitbulls. unfortunately people say they have pitbulls, shelters constantly call mixed breeds pitbulls or aren’t educated on the actual breeds, and there are over two dozen breeds that get mistaken for american pitbull terriers almost constantly.
again, you’re far far far far far more likely to get attacked by a doberman, by a german shepherd, a husky, a chow, and especially a chihuaua - rather than a purebred american pitbull terrier.
the person who wrote above me, has obviously never witnessed a dog fight in their entire life. anyone who has ever watched a dog fight and has tired to separate the dogs knows that ALL dog breeds will hang on with dear life. all dogs will fight until the other dog is no longer a threat and that often means the other dog is laying wounded and won’t get up or is dead. that is EVERY SINGLE BREED OF DOG. it is basic instinct in every single breed to fight until the opponent isn’t a threat to them any longer in order to protect their own lives. pitbulls and other so called “aggressive” breeds are no different in this but a golden retriever, yellow lab, shih tzu, toy poodle, miniature schnauzer, pembroke welsh corgi, and any other breed in the whole wide world has this basic survival instinct.
the information i provide is from sources that have run MULTIPLE tests, have hand gathered REAL evidence, that go off REAL statistics - not ones given by people who claim to have seen something; because we all know how insanely wrong and biased humans are. medias will purposely lie about a breed because it makes it more interesting when a pitbull attacks a little kid over a chihuahua or dachshund. and again, most people have absolutely no idea whatsoever what an american pitbull or staffordshire terrier, american bully, english bull terrier, american bulldog, olde english bulldog, cane corso, mastiffs, and other breeds are compared to other breeds. it’s just sad.
ignorance. ignorance. ignorance. it all comes back to ignorance. well, that and believing the word out of someone’s mouth over real evidence but that comes right back to ignorance.
also, keep this in mind: if you believe a dog is more likely to be aggressive because of its breed, then you also believe people are more likely to be a certain way and react a certain way based on their skin color. if you think that, then wow! there’s no hope for you.. and this is coming from a skinhead… if you truly believe someone’s skin color makes them a certain way, again, just wow! it’s all about how the person was brought up just like it’s the same way with dogs - it’s all about how they’re brought up. if a white guy and black guy are both raised in the ghetto and on the streets and by gangs, they are going to be equally as likely to rape and rob. the black guy isn’t going to be more likely to do those things because he’s black. it’s all based on how they were raised. so why do more black people rob? because unfortunately statistics show there are more black people participating in gangs than white people. so what does that show? that, like i said before, it’s all about how they were brought up - not based on their skin color. just like there is absolutely nothing different in a dog’s mind that makes them more aggressive than others. it’s all about how the dog was raised.
EDUCATE BEFORE YOUR DISCRIMINATE.
also, i’ll be writing up a letter and posting it on here, along with this information, and then people can copy and paste it and everyone sends it to the same email - their contact email. they’ll be showered with the emails, with links to REAL evidence and REAL reputable sources. they’ll receive the education they very obviously desperately need. still, i’ll make sure to always tell people to avoid petsmart - no matter what their dog breed is, just because i don’t support companies like this whatsoever. just like i no longer support mcdonald’s after their pathetic and ignorant pitbull statement. i haven’t gone to mcdonalds since that day!
