Changes in eating habits

Hey everyone so i have a question about eating habits. So Diesel is 7 months old now and I noticed he is not eating nearly as much as he used to. From the moment we got him (6weeks) till the beginning of September he was crazy about eating, he would beg at his food bag and eating was his favorite part of the day. Mid September we went on vacation to Florida and he wasn't really eating as well as he had been. I figured it was just the excitement of a 18 hour car ride followed by being in a new house. But once we returned his eating didn't really pick back up. He just doesn't seem that interested in his food. I will feed him breakfast in the morning and he sometimes wont touch it till 6pm at night. I just don't know if its normal for puppies to stop eating as much once they get a little older or not. I noticed he also isn't growing at much as he used to so i figured that means he doesn't need as much food either. Just wondering if someone has any tips or advice it would be greatly appreciated
