Hi,
I am fostering a four month old female pit bull. She is very sweet, except she is extremely tenacious about chasing my four cats. Once she catches them, she will bite at them. Even if they scratch her, she doesn't stop. I have tried a squirt bottle, shaking a can of pennies at her, but she just won't stop. I am really worried that she will end up hurting one of my cats. I don't want to give her back to the rescue because she was just living in a crate in a garage and wasn't getting socialized at all.
Do you have any ideas about how I can stop this behavior?
