Concerns about my 10 week old blue nose female pup

Hi everyone,new to the site and was hopein for some insight about my pup.She is 10 weeks old and I have some concerns about the way she acts when other people or People with dogs come into view while on walks or at the park.She seems very alert and on guard,stiff legged, tail high, and growls and barks.Just unsure on how too act act when this happens with her. Don't want it to escalate, any info would be greatly appreciated.
