Dog "predicting" what you are going to say??

I noticed in a video i took recently Loki was doing what i wanted to like a second before i actually said it, he "sat, down, and "okay-ed(his release command) " before i ACTUALLY finished saying it, like i said a second before i say it, how can i make it so he listens when i ACTUALLY say it, not when he knows i am gonna say it??
