malnurished during pregnancy. plz help.

I got a blue pit puppy 5 months ago. She's up to date on shot and wormed regularly. Problem is she is skin and bones. Here's unfortunate cause of malnurishment is the father was a 96lb colby/gotti pit and mother was a 29lb blue fawn. The breeder then fed the mother 1/3 of daily feeding to keep puppies overgrowing. I'm going to try satin balls to see if it helps before I order bullyup. I feed her alpo at the moment. 20/8 protien/fat. And I feed her alpo2 cups in a.m. and 2 cups in p.m. I normally feed sportsmix high energy but tight season. Anything u can think of I would greatly appreciate
