Greek Style Meatballs

1 lb. ground beef (or ground turkey)

3/4 cup crumbled feta cheese

1/2 small red onion, grated

1/3 cup italian style bread crumbs

1/4 cup fresh parsley

1 egg

2 teaspoons dried oregano

1/4 teaspoon salt (optional, since the feta cheese is salty)

1/4 teaspoon pepper



Mix all ingredients together. Form into meatballs, place in oiled baking dish and bake at 425 for 20 minutes or until cooked through.



Serve with lemon slices.
