I refrained myself yesterday to bring this subject up, because I believe sunday must be specially a positive day and it was a way to think about in peace of mind.
Walking with Rossi yesteday I was stopped by Civil Guard (a kind of police without weapons, but still "law enforcement") where Rossi was identified as one of the breeds that must wear a dog muzzle. At this time I've just received a brochure with instructions and orientations, but in the next few months they plan to fine nor arrest who not obey the city law.
All right. I will not discuss the law, because, I believe thats not the $#@!ertive way. I will ask for a meeting with my representant (the guy who I voted for) thru the Amstaff $#@!ociation and them squeeze him to remove this stupid law.
My questions is about how the people fell about the dog muzzle. My perception is that they get terrified and get into panic mode.
How you folks are seeing and handling it in US ? is that (the muzzle) mandatory ? can you please share your experience and how you are engaging your representatives ?
