Hi everyone so the other day I went out into my garage and the garage door was open and the was the one leading into the house and my dog got out so I just role her to go inside but then I noticed my neighbors dog across the street well by then my dog Ella was already half way there and she started kinda attacking their dog and her teeth we shown and do I grabbed her and they didn't like our dog from the begining and do they obviously weren't happy and I was just so scared for my dog and was so glad that she didn't hurt their dog. But tonight she was outside because she chewed stuff up and she got out and just as I was going looking for her my other neighbor was at the door with my dog and she said Ella was trying to attack her dog and she didn't know Ella would do that and I just felt horrible and felt so bad for the lady and for Ella that o had let her down and she had gotten out again. So I'm wobdering of there is something I can do for her to help her be better around dogs she is ok with dogs if she's on a leash but if she's tied to something or off the leash she is bad. So is there some sort of cl$#@! I could take her to I live in Tualatin oregon. Any help is appreciated thanks!
