Hey everyone! So I finally decided to join the forum after it would not allow me to read anymore threads haha. In all seriousness this forum has been my go-to site for all my questions and just thirst for knowledge about this amazing breed. I have my deposit sent in for 2nd pick (behind the breeder of course) for my new APBT puppy from Redsky Kennels in Gary, IN.
I have wanted a Pit since I was 14 and now that 10 years later I am on my feet enough to own one I cannot wait! My little Rocko (yes already picked out the name) is going to be an ambassador for this misrepresented breed. It angers me how misinformed people are in regards to the APBT and how few TRUE breeders there are. I HATE this new craze of XXXL Pitbulls, or the American Bully Pitbulls that look like they cannot breath or even run.
I've found this site to be some of the best information on the net from some passionate APBT lovers. I probably won't post much since it seems like every topic has been covered but just wanted to introduce myself and show my appreciation for such a great knowledge source.
I should have the puppy in February and will be sure to post pics!
