This is Betty, our antique Catahoula. She will be 13 this coming January. Always a good honest dog that will give you a good effort every time out. She has found more hogs for me over the years than I can count, but she's slowing down now. Her watch is over. She gave me one last good year training pups and now it's time to take it easy. She has left the briar, creeks, cedars, and rocky hillsides behind for soft couches and air conditioning. She'll still get to bark at a hog once in a while to show the pups how it's done, but just for something fun to do. Take a rest ol girl. You've earned it.
