my first litter and need some advice!

Hey guys new to this site! well a few months back we took in my sister in laws female pit Blue a beautiful dog. Her and my louie got along really well, I would let them play all day they became great friends. With that being said my sister failed to inform me that Blue was going into heat, and me not knowing much about dogs I didn't know the signs of a dog in heat. Im sure you guys know where im going with this lol one day the dog were out back playing like usual. I went inside to get their food ready and when I can out they had tide up. 63 day later she gave birth to her first litter! she had total of 4 but one didn't make it :(

So here I am asking for advice on the care of these pups. they were born jan 5 and are now a little over 2 weeks old. I weigh them everyday make sure momma is feedin them every few hours and are warm and cozy. I feed the mom quality puppy food still, when should I switch back to regular adult food? When should the pups get their first shots? deworm? etc? thanks guys hope to hear from all soon
