Hey guys, just got my boys ears cropped 10 days ago. They are beautiful and healing well. Getting the sutures removed this coming up Wednesday but I would like to bathe him if possible before then. Does anyone know when this is a good idea? He is healed for the most part but there is still a small amount of scabbing around the bottom of the ears. I'm pretty good about avoiding areas if need be when I bathe my older girl so I'm sure something a third of her size won't he a problem. Holla and I'll submit a picture of his new look. Thanks guys for your help. BTW, anybody looking for a great vet for this in Florida, you will not find many north of Miami. Animal medical center of brookville Florida has an amazing vet and does two to three croppings a month. She has people that come from all over to do it and I see why with my Lil man. Also, for educations sake. With an apbt, bully or any bulldog breed ear cropping can be done up to an age of two years old. After that the cartelage starts breaking down and the ears do not set. This is not recommended however after 6 months, a year at the very latest due to the fact that it causes pain and can change your dogs demeanor.
