Hy guys! I had taken a break to just focus on my dog (now an 11month old pit mix). You had all been very helpful.
shes doing better, but still so easily spooked. She in general loves kids but today a kid was running erratically and suddenly charged towards us and she got scared and hid behind me. Before that she was happy to see a kid and was wagging her tail and relaxed happy posture. Granted, that is a scary situation.
Anyways, since she still has some degree of easily spooked behavior, I was wondering if anyone had experience with medications? Something to take the edge off of her. Sometimes things scare her to the point where her whole body shakes (yesterday it was walking past a restaurant, she stopped and stood there tail between her legs, shaking. She also became randomly scared of the feed store and now cowers and shakes when we go inside. She used to love it there, but now I leave her in the car.)
anyways, I'm going to talk to my vet and her trainer about meds but I was wondering if you guys had opinions?
