Hello, I'm Sandy,and together with my husband, Dan, we foster Pit Bull puppies pulled by rescue groups from animal control(s) in Chicago and the suburbs. We have fostered about 20 puppies so far and kept one of them...our Bitsy.
I found this forum just now, because I Googled trying to find out why our current foster is so obsessed with our space heater. It's so hot it bites me, but she would just as soon crawl right up into it. I was glad to find out it seems to be pretty common in the breed, although I still don't know why.
