I'm new to this forum and hoping to get some advice or at the least have people share my story. So here it is.
My parents dog Cricket was shot by their neighbor today. He had gotten loose and ran into this guys yard. He was running home and already in my parents yard when the neighbor ran to the end of the driveway and fired into my parents yard shooting him 3 times and killing him. He told my parents when they got him that he hated pitbulls. The police were called and did nothing. What can we do? Thanks in advanced.
