needing help with bottle feeding

hello,

I am a foster mom for our local shelter, and I have been fostering puppies for several years. I have come across an issue that I am getting really stressed out about and I wonder if anyone might have some advice.



I have a litter of 3 week old pit puppies that lost their mom. Since they have been with her their whole life until yesterday, they have been nursing and are absolutely refusing to bottle feed. I have tried TONS of different bottles and nipples and nothing is working.



They want to suck - they do it on everything else, including each other, but they will have nothing to do with the bottle.



So far, I am having to syringe feed them,which they hate, so feeding time is not fun and they are not getting their nursing time which they also need.



I have never had a litter so determined to not use a bottle.



Does anyone have any ideas? I want to get through at least a week before trying them on solids... they are just not old enough yet to even understand that something is under them.. lol....



Any advice or thoughts would be very, VERY helpful.
