hi my rescue dog lily does not like when dogs sniff her butt. But I noticed it's only with hyper dogs that come up to her. We have had her for 7 months already and she has adapted well. She's super friendly and loves playing at the dog park. She is a lab pit she likes playing fetch at the park she doesn't rough play and if other dogs try to rough play with her she will snap , she turns around and air bites but doesn't ever get close enough to actually bite. How can I get her comfortable with dogs sniffing her? She's like a sniffing other dogs but doesn't like it when they do it to her. Please help. I want to continue taking her to the dog park but some people get scared when they hear a growl coming from my dog but I think she's just letting the other dogs know she's doesn't like it. She only attacks when hyper dogs try to sniff her she is spayed and is a year and 5 months. We are trying to socialize her more since she is a bit scared of things she's not familiar with .
