Hello, i have a 14 month old Chocolate Pit and she has recently developed a Black line around the edge of her nose and i'm trying to determine what it could be. It looks like she is starting to lose some hair by the nose as well but it is very minimal at this point.
I feed her Natures Domain (Salmon and sweet potato) and have not changed her food for a while now. I'm wondering if she found some presents that the neighborhood cats left behind in the sandbox.
Has anyone seen this on their dogs before? If it doesn't get better or if i can't provide some home treatment i will take her into the vet next week, but since it is the weekend i figured i would post looking for feedback.
Any information you can provide would be greatly appreciated.
