im from middletown NY and since it is illegal to Ban any breeds my town decided to make it mandatory to get insurance that covers up to $100k for any dog over 25 lbs. This was really only meant for pitbulls though. but come on! im a homeowner so i dont have to worry but isnt this BSL getting out of control
