Hey everyone so I just took diesel to the vet today and I found out that he has ruptured his anterior cruciate ligament. I feel so bad fr the little baby. The vet said with him being so young (11 months). That surgery is really the best option. I called the orthopedic surgeon and he is scheduled for a consultation on Monday but Im nervous and can't wait that long. Has anyone ever gone through this before? I just don't know what to expect. How long does recovery take? Will he ever walk normal again? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. I'm just nervous for him especially because I can't take him myself :-(.
