Okay, trying this question in a different section since I didn't get any input on my earlier post. (I know doing so will make someone's day and possibly ruin mine :lol: when they beat me up for asking twice).
My pup has ugly flappy skin on his neck that seems to poke up around his collar no matter how loose it fits.
Is the flappy neck skin one reason some people get the wider collars? I have a 1 in on him now. I was consider getting a 1 1/2 in collar until I wondered if a 2 in collar would be better to hide his flappy neck skin.
He is 7 months old now.. Amstaff. I was considering getting one of those really nice Ella's Leads collars but I don't want to spend that kind of money twice. Do you think he will grow enough past 7 months to outgrow it?
