Hey everyone new owner of a 9 month old bully pitbull just had a general Q my girl had her first heat about a month an 1/2 ago but her lady lumps are still sagging is this normal what can I do to tighten that up can anyone help thanxs I'm attaching some pics for you guys to meet Sasha
